去年3月份,在朋友的撺掇下,我开了一家房产中介店。我自由了,不用再担心裁员的问题!而选择房产中介业的原因是这个行业发展太快了,从1997年到去年,上海的二手房交易量涨了30多倍。原来,我也炒过楼盘,也赚了点钱。后来几个朋友聚在一起,就想:房子涨得那么快,做中介一定很容易赚钱。于是我就入了房产中介这一行。
