目的:总结分析我院肿瘤内科日间病房的护理管理模式的管理效果。方法:在我院肿瘤内科开设日间病房,通过制定一系列的人性化管理制度,不断优化肿瘤内科患者的护理管理。结果:肿瘤内科日间病房自2015年8月份在我院运行以来,共收治日间住院肿瘤患者1064人次,使肿瘤内科患者平均住院日有效缩短,同时有效降低了患者住院次均费用。结论:在肿瘤内科内开设日间病房的诊疗模式,提高了医院的整体运行效率,有效的节约了肿瘤患者的医疗支出,取得了良好的社会效益,值得在医院管理中应用和推广。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize and analyze the management effect of nursing management mode of daytime ward of oncology department in our hospital. Methods: In our hospital oncology department opened daytime ward, through the development of a series of human management system, and constantly optimize the management of patients with medical oncology. Results: Oncology daytime ward since operation in our hospital in August 2015, a total of 1064 day-to-day hospitalized cancer patients were treated, so that the average length of stay of medical oncology patients effectively reduced, while effectively reducing the average cost of hospitalization. Conclusion: The diagnosis and treatment mode of daytime ward is established in the department of oncology, which improves the overall operation efficiency of the hospital, effectively saves the medical expenditure of cancer patients and achieves good social benefits. It is worthy to be applied and popularized in hospital management.
