From December 16 to December 17, 2011, curators of public libraries at all counties (prefectures) in the Autonomous Region gathered in Aershan to attend the 1st Banners (County) Curator’s Forum of the Library Society of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Participants reviewed the past, sum up the gains and losses, explore problems and seek common development, the formation of the following consensus.
