甲烷催化氧化偶联合成C_2烃是利用天然气资源制取化工原料最直接有效的途径.甲烷脱氢偶联要求800℃以上的高温,吸热222kJ/mol,因为在800℃以上给反应器供热十分困难,所以很难实现工业化生产.甲烷氧化偶联克服了直接脱氢偶联存在的致命缺点,可以使反应变吸热为放热,具有广阔的应用前景.
Catalytic oxidative coupling of methane to C_2 hydrocarbon is the most direct and effective way to utilize natural gas resources to produce chemical raw materials. Methane dehydrogenation coupling requires high temperature above 800 ℃ with a heat absorption of 222 kJ / mol because the reactor is heated above 800 ℃ It is very difficult to realize industrialized production.The methane oxidative coupling overcomes the fatal shortcoming of direct dehydrogenation coupling and can make the reaction endothermic as exothermic and has broad application prospect.
