目的:随着CT检查量的与日俱增,CT扫描的剂量问题也引起人们的广泛关注,采用有效的降低病人辐射剂量的优化技术,是MDCT技术得到良好应用所必须研究的课题。方法:目前采用的优化技术有ECG自动毫安技术、心脏滤线器、3D自动毫安技术、短几何设计和电子收集器、四维实时剂量调节技术等。结果:研究结果,表明采用剂量优化技术后可大大降低CT扫描病人的辐射剂量,结合Q2因子的研究后,Q2因子是综合评估CT图像质量和射线剂量的标准。结论:图像质量和射线剂量不能分离,必须同时引用才有意义。
OBJECTIVE: With the increasing amount of CT examination, the dose of CT scanning has aroused people’s attention. It is necessary to study how to optimize the technique of radiation dose reduction for MDCT. Methods: Currently used optimization techniques are ECG automatic milliampere technology, heart filter, 3D automatic milliampere technology, short geometric design and electronic collector, four-dimensional real-time dose adjustment technology. Results: The results show that dose optimization can significantly reduce the radiation dose of CT scan patients, combined with the Q2 factor study, Q2 factor is a comprehensive assessment of CT image quality and radiation dose standards. Conclusion: Image quality and radiation dose can not be separated, it must be quoted at the same time to make sense.
