上海重机铸造厂和上海压缩机厂认真贯彻“鞍钢宪法”,在上海业余工大的协助下,敢于创新,勇于实践,大搞混砂机的技术革新,分别将原有的S114、S116型辗轮式混砂机改制为单辗轮单混砂转子式混砂机。生产实践证明,革新后的混砂机混砂性能好,混砂周期比原来缩短,一次混合量增加,生产率显著提高,型砂质量良好,受到工人群众的欢迎。这一革新,为目前我国铸造车间中广泛采用的S114、S116型混砂机的改进闯出了一条新路;对于新型混砂机的设计和混砂机理的研究提供了新的内容。根据具体情况,这两个厂采用的混砂转子传动方案不同,一种为皮带传动,另一种为万向节一减速器传动,各有特点。

This innovation has opened up a new road for the improvement of the S114 and S116 sand mixers widely used in foundry workshops in our country. It provides new contents for the research on the design and sand mixing mechanism of the new sand mixers. According to the specific circumstances, the two plants used in hybrid sand drive different transmission programs, one for the belt drive, the other a universal joint reducer drive, have their own characteristics.
