Abstract Objective To compare lung ventilation and apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) with pulmonary quantitative CT parameters and pulmonary function of whole lung in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) under hyperpolarized ~ (129) xenon (~ 129) Xe MR imaging Differences in test (PFT) results. Materials and Methods The study was approved by the ethics committee and all patients signed informed consent.
