China will use foreign capital to build three new large-scale steel mills. These are: Ningbo Steel Works - Hong Kong ship king Bao Yugang organizes some companies in Hong Kong and the Federal Republic of Germany, and plans to invest 2.7 billion U.S. dollars to equip Ningbo Steel Plant with an annual output of 3 Million tons of steel
