目的:了解高原地区(平均海拔3 000m以上)世居藏族结核病总体耐药、初始耐药和获得性耐药状况,为改进结核病防治措施提供参考。方法:对我院2014年—2016年收治的1 510例青南地区(玉树、果洛、黄南)藏族结核病患者耐药结果进行综合分析和评价。结果:2014年—2016年住院世居藏族结核病患者中总耐药率为12.2%。在耐药病例中,初始耐药率11.9%,获得性耐药率13.8%。结论:高海拔地区世居藏族结核病患者结核耐药趋势总体情况严重,初始耐药率高,防治形势严峻。
Objective: To understand the overall drug resistance, initial drug resistance and acquired drug resistance of the Tibetan Tuberculosis in the Tibetan Plateau (above 3,000 m above sea level average), so as to provide reference for the improvement of tuberculosis control measures. Methods: A total of 1 510 cases of Tibetan tuberculosis patients in Qingnan (Yushu, Guoluo and Huangnan) admitted from 2014 to 2016 in our hospital were analyzed and evaluated. Results: The total resistance rate among Tibetan TB patients living in hospital from 2014 to 2016 was 12.2%. Among the drug-resistant cases, the initial drug resistance rate was 11.9% and the acquired drug resistance rate was 13.8%. Conclusion: The prevalence of tuberculosis resistance among the resident Tibetan tuberculosis patients in high altitude areas is generally serious, the initial drug resistance rate is high, and the prevention and treatment situation is severe.
