在我国高职院校思想政治教育中应用最为广泛、备受人们关乎的理论就是工作过程中的导向理论。它以其实践性、科学性在高职院校的思想教育课中起着重要的作用。在高职院校的思想政治理论课中,用工作过程中的导向理念来整合职业岗位对于高职人才的素质要求,组织实施教学过程,在尊重思想政治教育规律的同时,又突出了高校院校的办学特色。
The most widely used in the ideological and political education of higher vocational colleges in our country is the guide theory in the work process. With its practicality and scientific nature, it plays an important role in the ideological education of higher vocational colleges. In the course of ideological and political theory in higher vocational colleges, we use the guiding principle in the process of work to integrate the job requirements of qualified personnel for higher vocational education, organize the implementation of teaching process, while respecting the law of ideological and political education, School’s school characteristics.
