素质教育需要在实践中产生,首先需要转变教育观念,作为高中英语教师,素质教育的关键更是离不开教育观念的转变在英语教学中,自学能力的培养贯穿全过程,学知识,学方法,学得透彻,学得灵活,学到终生受益的知识。培养学生独立思考,全身心投入到探索研究之中,以谈带思,巧学,拓练,思,学,练中有极思,主动探索的学习状态。在英语课堂教学中,创设情境,激发兴趣,变苦学为乐学。英语教师在教书育人的同时,促进教学过程中由知识的传授,掌握向知识的运动与发展过渡,不断培养高创新素质的人才。
