就材质为SWRCH22A冷墩盘条生产的自攻螺钉出现的攻速不合问题进行了系列检测分析及试验研究,找出其存在的热处理工艺问题,最终解决了自攻螺钉攻速不合问题。
A series of testing, analysis and experimental research were carried out to find out the existence of heat treatment process problems, and finally solve the problem of self-tapping screw attack speed.
