目的:探讨病毒性脑膜炎(病脑),结核性脑膜炎(结脑),化脓性脑膜炎(化脑)患儿脑脊液中NO含量及临床意义。方法:采用比色法测定病脑(18例),结脑(9例),化脑(10例),对照组(11例)脑脊液中NO浓度.结果:病脑,化脑,结脑脑脊液中NO浓度较对照组显著性升高,化脑脑脊液中NO浓度较病脑,结脑显著升高,差异均有显著意义,(P<0.01).结论:NO参与了小儿中枢神经系统感染性疾病的病理生理过程,并可作为化脑诊断及脑膜炎鉴别诊断的客观参考指标。
Objective: To investigate the content of NO in cerebrospinal fluid of children with viral meningitis (TB), tuberculous meningitis (TB) and purulent meningitis (TB) and its clinical significance. Methods: The concentrations of NO in cerebrospinal fluid (18 cases), nodular brain (9 cases), brain (10 cases) and control group (11 cases) were determined by colorimetry. Results: Compared with the control group, the concentration of NO in the brain, brain and nodules significantly increased, and the concentration of NO in the cerebrospinal fluid was significantly higher than that in the brain and brain (P <0.01 ). Conclusion: NO participates in the pathophysiological process of pediatric central nervous system infectious diseases and can serve as an objective reference for the differential diagnosis of meningitis and meningitis.
