1954年12月25日,康藏公路、青藏公路通车典礼在雅安隆重举行。原西南交通部部长兼18军政委、重庆交通大学首任校长稂明德在典礼上剪彩。
On December 25, 1954, the opening ceremony of the Kang-Tibet Highway and the Qinghai-Tibet Highway was held in Yaanlong. Former Southwest Transport Minister and 18 military political commissar, Chongqing Jiaotong University, the first president Benjamin cut the ribbon at the ceremony.
