21世纪是一个生命意识凸显的时代,然而,在竞技教育领域却出现了漠视生命的现象,表现为运动员的身体健康伤害、文化培养忽视、职业道德缺乏、人文关怀漠视和社会保障不利。在2008年北京奥运会的历史性机遇中,我们需要以生命视野,从体教结合、平等对话、技术逻辑、社会保障和激励机制5个维度关注运动员的个体生命,加强运动训练和个体教育的有效结合,促进师生之间的民主与自在的沟通,注重运动技术的竞技性与文化性的逻辑发展,构建完善的保障体制和合理的激励机制,建立以人为本的竞技教育体系。
