对用普通水泥制备低密度泡沫混凝土的配方及生产工艺进行研究,包括连接饰面铝板与低密度泡沫混凝土的粘结剂选择、不燃保温装饰板成型工艺、装饰板粘锚结合施工方法、装饰板间的接缝的处理及排气孔的安装方式等。解决了外墙保温材料存在的燃烧等级低、烟气毒性高、理化性能与保温性能难以兼顾、保温系统使用寿命与建筑设计寿命不同步、保温构造与装饰构造不兼容等技术难题,产品已应用于实际工程。
