目的:优选提取菟丝子总黄酮的最佳工艺条件。方法:采用紫外分光光度法(波长500nm)测定菟丝子总黄酮的浸提率,以总黄酮的浸提率为考察指标,采用均匀设计法研究提取温度、固液比、提取时间、乙醇浓度4个因素对菟丝子总黄酮提取效果的影响,并对其优化。结论:均匀设计法优化提取工艺简单、稳定、可行,最终优化条件为:提取时间60min,提取温度80℃,固液比1:10,乙醇浓度52%。
Objective: To optimize the extraction of total flavonoids from dodder. Methods: The extraction rate of total flavonoids from dodder was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry (wavelength of 500nm). The extraction rate of total flavonoids was taken as the index. The uniform design method was used to study the extraction temperature, solid-liquid ratio, extraction time and ethanol concentration Factors affecting the extraction of total flavonoids from dodder and optimize it. Conclusion: The uniform design method is simple, stable and feasible. The optimized conditions are: extraction time 60min, extraction temperature 80 ℃, solid - liquid ratio 1:10 and ethanol concentration 52%.
