目的探讨持续颅内压监测在高血压脑出血微创手术治疗中的应用价值。方法分析本院2014年01月至2014年12月收治的HICH微创手术治疗的病例。应用ICP监测组14例,术后依ICP变化随时调整治疗方案。应用软通道组19例,根据经验进行神经外科常规治疗。比较2组患者的疗效。结果治疗3个月后按KPS评分评估,ICP监测组有效率100%,软通道组有效率84%,2组治疗情况的分布差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论持续ICP监测联合定向软通道微创手术治疗高血压脑出血,可以提高疗效,改善预后。
Objective To investigate the value of continuous intracranial pressure monitoring in minimally invasive surgical treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods The cases of HICH minimally invasive surgery admitted from January 2014 to December 2014 in our hospital were analyzed. Application of ICP monitoring group of 14 patients, according to changes in ICP after surgery to adjust the treatment program. 19 cases were treated with soft channel, and routine neurosurgery was performed according to experience. Compare the efficacy of two groups of patients. Results According to the KPS score after 3 months of treatment, the effective rate of ICP monitoring group was 100% and that of soft channel group was 84%. There was significant difference in the distribution of treatment between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Continuous ICP monitoring combined with minimally invasive surgery directed soft-channel surgery for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage can improve the curative effect and improve the prognosis.
