我科于1985年10月始应用二囊四腔导管治疗慢性前列腺炎10例,获得明显疗效。现将方法简要介绍如下。一、导管原理:利用硅胶囊阻压膀胱颈部及后尿道,使药物在较高的压力下直接注入前列腺体而达到抗菌目的。二、药物配制及疗程:药液用抗菌素+生理盐水30ml+地塞米松5mg 冲制而成;配制前最好作前列腺液细菌培养,药敏试验三次以上。5～7日治疗一次,4～6次为一疗程。三、适应证和注意事项:凡临床表现明
