目的通过随访减少辅助生殖技术带来的并发症与合并症,密切医患关系,达到卫生部对人类辅助生殖技术校验评审的要求。方法选取2011年3月~2016年2月在我院实施辅助生殖技术助孕的1348例患者为观察对象,采用电话随访、微信和QQ随访、回院随访三种方式联合进行随访调查。结果 5年来我们的随访率都≥99%,超过卫生部要求的标准≥95%;2014~2015年随访率均为100%,为顺利通过卫生部关于人类辅助生殖技术校验评审奠定了良好的基础。结论联合多样化的随访能给患者提供多种选择,提高对随访的依从性。同时能及时发现问题,减少并发症和合并症的发生,也是保证患者、医护人员和社会满意的重要环节。
Objective To reduce the complications and complications caused by assisted reproductive technology through follow-up, and to closely monitor the relationship between doctors and patients so as to meet the requirements of the Ministry of Health for verification and verification of human assisted reproductive technologies.
