温政办〔2013〕76号各县(市、区)人民政府,市各有关单位:《2013年温州市服务业发展行动计划》已经市人民政府同意,现印发给你们,请认真组织实施。2013年温州市服务业发展行动计划2013年是我市实施“十二五”服务业发展规划的关键一年。今年服务业发展工作的总体要求是:以党的十八大精神为指导,紧紧围绕建设“三生融合·幸福温州”总目标,着力推动服务业重点行业发展,着力抓好服务业重点载体建设,着力优化服务业发展环境,着力完善服务业工作机制,努力实现全年服务业增加值1850亿元以上,占生产总值比重达到47%。
