思想政治工作一直是我党开展思想教育的重要武器。多年来,我党对思想政治工作进行了不间断的探索,积累了丰富的经验,对我国新民主主义革命和社会主义建设起到了巨大的推动作用。但随着时代的发展,在全面推进改革开放的新形势下,思想政治工作者面临着许多新情况、新问题。我们必须适应变化了的情况,解放思想、实事求是,坚持理论创新,始终用科学的理论解释新情况,解决新问题,回应人们的思想实际,不断提高思想政治工作的说服力和战斗力。
Ideological and political work has always been an important weapon for our party in carrying out ideological education. Over the years, our party has conducted an uninterrupted exploration of ideological and political work and accumulated rich experience, which has played a huge role in promoting the new-democratic revolution and socialist construction. However, with the development of the times, under the new situation of pushing forward the reform and opening to the outside world, ideological and political workers are faced with many new situations and problems. We must adapt to changing situations, emancipate our minds, seek truth from facts, and adhere to theoretical innovation. We must always use scientific theories to explain new situations, solve new problems, respond to people’s ideological realities and continuously enhance the persuasiveness and combat effectiveness of ideological and political work.
