硫酸溶液中SUS304不锈钢旋转圆盘电极在正向电位扫描时产生电流振荡现象。振荡电流所对应的电位范围以及电流振荡幅度与溶液温度,硫酸浓度、电位扫描速度以及电极旋转速度存在着对应关系.在电位线性扫描条件下,溶液温度高于35.0℃、硫酸浓度大于2.5mol·L~(-1)以及电极旋转速度不大干1000rpm时,可观测到电流振荡现象。电流振荡现象的产生与电极溶解过程、Cr_2O_7~(2-)的生成。O_2的离析及MCr_2O_7盐膜的生成和裂解有着密切的关系。
SUS304 stainless steel rotating disk electrode in sulfuric acid solution produces current oscillation when scanning in forward potential. The potential range and current oscillation amplitude correspond to the solution temperature, sulfuric acid concentration, potential scan rate and electrode rotation speed under the potential linear sweep conditions, the solution temperature is higher than 35.0 ℃ and the concentration of sulfuric acid is more than 2.5mol · L ~ (-1) and the electrode rotation speed is not big dry 1000rpm, the current oscillation phenomenon can be observed. Current oscillation phenomenon and electrode dissolution process, Cr_2O_7 ~ (2-) formation. O 2 segregation and MCr_2O_7 salt film formation and cracking are closely related.
