2013年第三季度以来,全省经济运行总体平稳,部分指标增速继续高于全国平均水平,但受外部环境的影响,经济下行压力加大。预计四季度GDP增速与三季度持平或略降,全年增长11.1%左右,CPI涨幅可保持在2.5%的较低水平,完成年初预定的目标把握较大。下一阶段应继续保持投资和出口稳定增长、提振消费,确保完成全年目标。同时做好项目接续和策划,为明年的开局打下良好基础。
Since the third quarter of 2013, the economic operation in the province has been generally stable with the growth rate of some indicators continuing to be higher than the national average. However, due to the external environment, downward pressure on the economy has increased. The fourth quarter GDP growth rate is expected to be flat with or slightly lower than that in the third quarter, with a year-on-year increase of 11.1%. The CPI growth rate can be kept at a relatively low level of 2.5%. The next stage should continue to maintain steady growth of investment and exports, boost consumption and ensure the completion of the full-year target. At the same time do a good job of continuing and planning projects for the start of next year lay a good foundation.
