高职院校现有的就业指导课程教学形式单一,内容狭隘,无法满足学生毕业后的就业需要,故采用多种方式围绕学生就业、创业进行多元化的就业指导,显得十分必要。就业指导应渗透到教育教学的方方面面,全面培养学生的就业能力:通过就业指导课程,进行就业的理论教育与方法指导;结合专业课程教学,培养学生的职业道德与职业能力;结合思政课程教学,培养学生的思想素质与行为习惯;结合基础课程教学,培养学生的身体素质与文化修养;结合专业实训实习,培养学生的职业习惯与操作水平;引入企业文化元素,培养学生的职业精神与职业素养。
The existing employment guidance courses in higher vocational colleges have a single teaching form and narrow content, which can not meet the employment needs of postgraduates. Therefore, it is necessary to employ diversified employment guidance around employment and entrepreneurship. Employment guidance should permeate all aspects of education and teaching, comprehensively cultivate the employability of students: through employment guidance courses, the theoretical education and methodological guidance for employment; combined with professional courses teaching, cultivating students’ professional ethics and professional ability; combining ideological and political course teaching , Cultivate the students ’ideological quality and behavior; combined with the basic course teaching, cultivate the students’ physical quality and cultural accomplishment; combine professional training internships to cultivate students ’professional habits and operational levels; introduce the corporate culture elements to cultivate students’ professionalism and Professionalism.
