11月4日,中共中央政治局常委、国务院副总理朱镕基在全国建立现代企业制度试点工作会议上指出,今年以来,在党中央、国务院的领导下,我们顺利地进行财税、金融等宏观体制方面的改革,初步建立起了社会主义市场经济体制的基本框架,为深化企业改革创造了有利条件。当前,要按照十四届三中全会和四中全会的精神,不断深化企业改革,逐步建立以公有制为主体的现代企业制度。
On November 4, Zhu Rongji, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Vice Premier of the State Council, pointed out at the national pilot conference for the establishment of a modern enterprise system that since the beginning of this year, under the leadership of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, we have successfully implemented macroeconomic systems such as fiscal, taxation, and finance. The reforms have initially established a basic framework for a socialist market economic system and created favorable conditions for deepening corporate reforms. At present, in accordance with the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 14th CPC Central Committee and the 4th Plenary Session of the Fourth Plenary Session, we must continue to deepen enterprise reform and gradually establish a modern enterprise system with public ownership as the main body.
