眼钝挫伤后早期视觉诱发电位(visualevokedpotntial,VEP)测定48例均反映出眼的视网膜第一神经单元突触前节细胞有损伤表现,比视力及眼底其他检查反映敏捷,当视网膜及视神经受到冲击的早期以VEP潜伏期延长和波幅下降显现眼底受累,3天后复查,VEP恢复正常愈后良好,提示临床适当用细胞复活剂和能量合剂,以减轻外伤所引起的后遗症。
