目的回顾分析门诊患者退药情况,为规范退药,减少退药的发生提供参考。方法对我院271例门诊患者退药情况及其原因进行回顾性统计、分析。结果在总共271例退药事件中,医师因素是造成患者退药的主要原因,占总数的80.80%。结论规范医师处方程序,增加医患沟通能有效控制和减少退药事件的发生,提高医疗服务质量。
Objective To retrospectively analyze the withdrawal status of outpatients, to provide reference for standardizing withdrawal and reducing withdrawal. Methods The retrospective statistics and analysis were carried out in 271 cases of outpatients in our hospital and their causes. Results In a total of 271 cases of withdrawal, physician factor was the main reason for the patient’s withdrawal, accounting for 80.80% of the total. Conclusions Regulating the prescription procedure of doctors and increasing the communication between doctors and patients can effectively control and reduce the occurrence of withdrawal events and improve the quality of medical services.
