市场,是个变幻莫测的多面体。今年以来,随着彩电降价风潮骤起,国内彩电生产企业优胜劣汰之势加剧,生产呈大面积下滑状。按理说彩电生产不景气,与之配套的企业日子会更加难过。然而陕西咸阳偏转集团公司——一个专为彩色显像管配套生产偏转线圈的国有企业,日子却越过越红火,投产仅6年,年产量由170万只增长至800余万只,产值、利税以每年60％的速度递增。一个仅800余名职工的国有小厂,竟连续三年进入全国500家最佳经济效益工业企业行列,成为全国最大的偏转线圈生产基地。
