最高人民检察院在全国检察机关开展人民监督员制度试点工作三年来,在加强工作力度,提高案件质量,规范执法行为,强化法律监督,维护社会公平和正义方面取得了很好的效果,受到各级党政领导、社会各界和人民群众的好评,特别是得到了党中央的充分肯定,被确定为中央司法体制改革的重要内容并被写入国家人权白皮书。最近中共中央十一号文件《关于加强人民法院、人民检察院工作的决定》又明确指出,要深化人民监督员制度试点
In the three years since the procuratorial organ carried out pilot work of the people’s supervisor system in the country, the Supreme People’s Procuratorate has achieved good results in strengthening the work, improving the quality of cases, standardizing law enforcement activities, strengthening legal supervision and safeguarding social fairness and justice.
