天津港“8·12”特大爆炸事故发生后,天津市血液中心紧急启动重大突发事件应急采供血工作预案,通过核查库存、内部挖潜、储备物料、预约献血、信息公开、沟通医院、志愿服务等举措,全力做好血液的采集供应,取得了良好的效果,为“8·12事故”中伤员的救治用血提供了最及时的帮助;同时对暴露出的如何合理调配工作人员、如何在突发事件后保留好预约献血者、如何调整血液品种的结构性矛盾、如何完善中心所在域内血液信息系统的联网等问题进行思考,以优化采供血应急机制的建设,保障应急状态下的血液安全。
