随着我国幼儿园课程改革的深入和对教师专业发展水平要求的不断提高,园本教研被认为是当前幼儿园提高保教质量、促进教师专业发展的有效途径。本文首先从问题入手,确立研讨主题,切切实实解决“真”问题。重点探索园本教研的趣味化、多样化的形式,让教研“活”起来。如游戏导入式,激发教师参与的积极性;现场辩论式,提高教师参与的自主性;课例研讨式,实现师生的共同成长;经验共享式,让教师体会集体的智慧的力量,享受职业的幸福等。
With the deepening of kindergarten curriculum reform in our country and the continuous improvement of teachers’ professional development level, it is considered that the present teaching and research of Kindergarten is an effective way to improve the quality of kindergarten education and promote the professional development of teachers. This article begins with the problem, establishes the theme of the seminar, and realizes the solution of the problem of “truth”. Focus on exploring the interesting, diversified forms of this teaching and research, so that teaching and research “living ” up. Such as the introduction of the game, to stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in; on-site debates to improve the autonomy of teachers to participate in; case study to achieve the common growth of teachers and students; experience sharing, so that teachers understand the power of collective wisdom, enjoy the professional Happiness and so on.
