十六大上,党中央提出了“建设和谐社会”的伟大构想。但随着经济的不断发展,我国在收入分配领域的不公平程度已经变得极为严重。不公平已经变成社会关注的热点,成为社会以及学术界争论不休的话题。在本文中笔者回顾了“效率优先,兼顾公平”发展策略的提出,描述了当今我国市场经济中不公平的现状和程度,从哲学角度分析了公平和效率的统一,公平和效率是可以协调发展,最后,就当今市场经济条件下如何做到公平和效率协调发展,提出了一些相应的解决措施。

Inequality has become a hot topic of social concern, and has become a topic of endless debate in society and academia.
