脑梗死、糖尿病患者血小板膜糖蛋白及其与纤维蛋白原结合反应的研究

目的观察脑梗死及Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血小板膜糖蛋白及纤维蛋白原结合的改变,确定其在血栓及血栓前状态研究中的价值。方法应用流式细胞术测定85例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者和28例脑梗死患者血小板纤维蛋白原结合率及糖蛋白(GP)Ⅰb、GPⅡb、GPⅢa、GPⅡb-Ⅲa复合物及P-选择素的表达,并与30例健康成人所测结果进行比较。结果血小板膜P-选择素,纤维蛋白原结合率及GPⅡb-Ⅲa复合物的表达在脑梗死患者及糖尿病伴血管病变组明显高于正常组;GPⅠb则低于正常组;GPⅡb与Ⅲa在各组间表达均无显著差异;而糖尿病无血管病变组与正常组比较无明显改变。结论脑梗死与糖尿病伴血管病变患者血小板膜纤维蛋白原结合率及P-选择素、GPⅡb-Ⅲa复合物表达升高,而GPⅠb降低。 Objective To observe the changes of platelet membrane glycoprotein and fibrinogen in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and cerebral infarction and to determine its value in the study of thrombus and prothrombotic state. Methods The platelet fibrinogen binding rate and the expression of GP Ⅰ b, GPⅡb, GPⅢa, GPⅡb-Ⅲa and 85% P-selectin in 85 patients with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus and 28 patients with cerebral infarction were detected by flow cytometry. The results were compared with those of 30 healthy adults. Results The platelet membrane P-selectin, fibrinogen binding rate and the expression of GPⅡb-Ⅲa complex in patients with cerebral infarction and diabetic patients with vascular lesions were significantly higher than the normal group; GP Ⅰ b was lower than the normal group; GP Ⅱ b and Ⅲ a in each group There was no significant difference between the two groups, while there was no significant difference between the diabetic group and the normal group. Conclusion Platelet membrane fibrinogen binding rate and the expression of P-selectin and GPⅡb-Ⅲa complex are increased in patients with diabetes mellitus and diabetic patients, while GP Ⅰ b is decreased.

对 45只Beagle犬的体重与各脏器重量之间的关系进行了回归分析 ,并计算出相应的直线回归方程。对Beagle犬的脏器系数进行分析 ,显示脾脏、胸腺的变异系数较大 ,提示根据动物
