目的探讨逆行撕离联合丝裂霉素治疗原发性翼状胬肉的治疗效果。方法采用逆行撕离胬肉头部联合丝裂霉素治疗原发性翼状胬肉97例(102眼),术后随访6~15个月。结果随访期6眼复发,其余全部治愈。结论逆行撕离联合丝裂霉素治疗原发性翼状胬肉可降低复发率。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of retrograde torn debridement combined with mitomycin in the treatment of primary pterygium. Methods 97 cases (102 eyes) of primary pterygium were treated with retrograde tearing pterygium head and mitomycin, and the patients were followed up for 6-15 months. Results 6 eyes were followed up and all others were cured. Conclusion Treating primary pterygium with retrograde tearing and mitomycin can reduce the recurrence rate.
