简要介绍了AGMA标准中开式圆柱齿轮传动的强度计算方法,针对该标准中弯曲几何系数计算过程复杂、不便于工程应用的问题,提出了一种弯曲几何系数的工程实用算法。该算法以齿轮副基本几何参数与运动参数作为输入量,依据Lewis抛物线理论与齿根过渡曲线参数方程,精确计算弯曲几何系数,并实现了该计算过程的程序化。在此基础上,开发了AGMA标准下开式圆柱齿轮传动的强度计算程序,并进行算例验证,实现了AGMA标准下磨机开式齿轮传动的自动化设计。
In this paper, the strength calculation method of open cylindrical gear transmission in AGMA standard is briefly introduced. Aiming at the problem that the calculation process of curved geometric coefficient is complicated and inconvenient for engineering application in this standard, a practical engineering algorithm of bending geometric coefficient is proposed. In this algorithm, basic geometrical parameters and kinematic parameters of gear pair are taken as input variables. According to Lewis parabolic theory and parametric equations of tooth root transition curve, the bending geometrical coefficients are precisely calculated and the procedure of the calculation is realized. On this basis, the strength calculation program of open cylindrical gear transmission under the AGMA standard was developed, and an example was verified to realize the automatic design of the open gear transmission under the AGMA standard.
