下图所示的孔距测量千分尺,具有制造简单,使用方便的特点。根据被测两孔之间壁厚选择适当规格的一级外径千分尺。如果不是经常使用,可如图所示在固定砧座部位加装一能牢牢固定的(测砧内孔与原测砧外径配合应在第二或第三种过渡配合性质以确保较好定心性)刀口测砧或窄的φ14毫米左右测砧,其工作面宽度根据被测孔径大小一般不大于0.5～1.5毫米,孔大选择宽些,孔小选择窄些;如果经常使用可以将原来固定平测砧取下,换上一特制刀口测砧或窄工作面固定测砧,如图左附图所示。
