A kind of ferroelectric ceramic with low delay temperature coefficient for Rayleigh wave was fabricated and its composition was 0.52 PbTiO 2-0.46 PbZrO 3-0.02 Pb (Cd 1/2 (1/2) W 1/2) O 3 and 0.8% Weight of MnO_2. The surface wave delay temperature coefficient of this component is + 1.3 × 10 -6 / ° C. The surface wave propagation loss is estimated at 6 dB / cm and 14 dB / cm, respectively, at frequencies of 30 and 60 MHz. This ferroelectric ceramic is suitable for surface wave devices, such as TV IF filters.
