扩散波光谱学(DWS)是由动态光散射技术发展而来的,该技术是将一束多重光射入含有分散相的物质中,光子经过不同的路程被散射回来,产生干涉,光谱信号表现为明暗相间的光斑,光斑的变换速度体现了物质中粒子的运动速度。DWS技术较多应用于研究高度浑浊不透明介质粒子的大小、结构及其之间的相互作用。近年来DWS技术主要应用在化工业中乳液成膜过程的分析和乳胶粒子成膜过程的作用机制研究,食品工业中食品凝胶的粘弹性、乳剂性食品中不同牛奶的稳定性测定、非乳剂性食品的微观流变学性质的表征,在医药中应用的文献报道较少,医药中主要用于表征血管中血液流量和血液的微循环情况、悬浮聚合物的粒度分析等。通过综述DWS技术的原理,在乳液成膜过程、食品凝胶、乳剂性食品和医药中的应用情况,展望其在医药研究方面的发展前景,为DWS技术在药物制剂研究方面的应用提供借鉴。

By reviewing the principle of DWS technology, the application in the field of emulsion filming, food gels, emulsion food and medicine, the prospect of its development in medical research is forecasted, which can provide reference for the application of DWS in the research of pharmaceutical preparations.
