目的 :测定复方感冒分散片中 4种组分的含量。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法 ,色谱柱为氰基柱 ,(4.9mm× 2 0 0mm ,粒径10 μm) ,流动相为甲醇∶乙腈∶水∶H3PO4∶三乙醇胺 (48∶2 6∶2 6∶0 .2 5∶0 .0 5 ) ,检测波长 :对乙酰氨基酚为 2 45nm ,伪麻黄碱、右美沙芬、氯苯那敏为 2 10nm。结果 :对乙酰氨基酚、伪麻黄碱、右美沙芬、氯苯那敏分别在 3.2 5~ 32 .5 μg、0 .3~ 3.0 μg、0 .15~ 1.5 μg和0 .0 2~ 0 .2 μg范围内线性关系良好 ,回收率、RSD分别为 99.96 % ,0 .99% ;99.2 6 %、1.0 8% ;99.39%、1.0 2 %和 99.17%、1.10 %。结论 :本方法简便、准确、结果可靠 ,可作为复方感冒分散片的定量分析方法。
Objective: To determine the content of four components in compound flu dispersible tablets. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was performed on a column with a column of acetonitrile (4.9 mm × 200 mm, particle size 10 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol: acetonitrile: water: H3PO4:Tethanolamine (48: 6:0 .2 5:0. 5), detection wavelength: acetaminophen 245nm, pseudoephedrine, dextromethorphan, chlorpheniramine 2 10nm. Results: Paracetamol, pseudoephedrine, dextromethorphan, chlorpheniramine were 3.2 5 ~ 32 .5 μg, 0.3 ~ 3.0 μg, 0.15 ~ 1.5 μg and 0.2 ~ 0.2 μg The linearity within the range was good. The recoveries and RSDs were 99.96% and 99.99%, 99.26% and 1.08%, 99.39%, 1.02% and 99.17% and 1.10%, respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reliable. It can be used as a quantitative analysis method for compound flu dispersible tablets.
