Research on the phenomenon of atherosclerosis has made morphological and biochemical advances and enriched clinical and therapeutic knowledge. The cerebral artery, especially physiologically and clinically important brain micro-arteriosclerosis, has not been studied in depth. Pathology is generally believed that the site of human cerebral hemorrhage is about 200μm in diameter of the artery, while the diameter of 15 ~ 50μm of the blood vessels are usually not enough attention. To be sure, this kind of capillaries and capillaries directly supply nutrients to the brain tissue, and its sclerosis is closely related to the brain function under its distribution. Microvessel sclerosis, lumen narrowing, even without bleeding and embolism, can also lead to brain dysfunction. Can also be said that vascular dementia is the result of this microvascular narrowing. In terms of the characteristics of cerebral microvascular morphology, unlike the microvessels in other parts of the body, it is composed of a type of FGP
