羟甲基取代香豆素化合物是亮菌甲素的同类物,由于亮菌甲素治疗胆道感染有较好的效果,而引起医学和化学界的重视,对从天然产物中提取和分离亮菌甲素及香豆素衍生物的合成进行了很多研究工作,关于香豆素及其衍生物的质谱亦有报道。本文对我校化学系有机教研室合成的一系列新的羟甲基取代香豆素化合物:3-乙酰基-5-R_2-6-R_1-7-R_3-8-羟甲基香豆素及3-羧酸乙基酯-5-R_2-6-R_1-7-R_3-8-羟甲基香豆素(化合物1和7:R_1=Cl,R_2=H,R_3=H;化合物2和8:R_1=Ph,R_2=H,R_3=H;

In this paper, a series of new hydroxymethyl-substituted coumarin compounds synthesized by the Department of Organic Chemistry, Department of Chemistry, our university, 3-acetyl-5-R_2-6-R_1-7-R_3-8-hydroxymethylcoumarin and 3 -carboxylate-5-R_2-6-R_1-7-R_3-8-hydroxymethylcoumarin (Compounds 1 and 7: R_1 = Cl, R_2 = H, R_3 = H; Compounds 2 and 8: R_1 = Ph, R_2 = H, R_3 = H;
