本文主要对“资源约束下经济增长”进行了经济学分析,认为根据经济学的原理及矿产资源的供求特点,从长期而言价格机制会调节实现矿产品供求平衡;但由于矿产资源价格偏离均衡价格后,需要较长的时间供需才能平衡,从而造成社会福利的较大损失,从而造成了“资源”约束经济增长。
