目的:分析加强患者教育对2型糖尿病患者的重要性。方法:对我院2010年6月-2011年9月收治的2型糖尿病患者105例随机分为两组,对照组患者给予常规治疗及护理,实验组患者在对照组患者基础上加强对患者的教育,比较两组患者治疗后的遵医行为及血糖控制情况。结果:实验组患者遵医行为更好,其血糖控制更佳,与对照组患者比较有显著差异,p<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:加强患者教育对2型糖尿病患者十分重要,有助于提高患者的遵医行为,更好地控制血糖。
Objective: To analyze the importance of strengthening patient education in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods: A total of 105 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted from June 2010 to September 2011 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the control group were given routine treatment and nursing. The patients in the experimental group were strengthened on the basis of the patients in the control group Education, comparisons of compliance and glycemic control after treatment in both groups. Results: The patients in the experimental group had better compliance and better blood glucose control than those in the control group, p <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Strengthening patient education is very important for patients with type 2 diabetes, helping to improve patient compliance and better control of blood sugar.
