在深化教育改革,加快教育发展的今天,坚持学校内涵发展已成为越来越多的教育工作者的思想共识,并为之进行了不少有益的探索与实践。但其中也存在诸多困惑,特别是对学校内涵发展的关键是什么这一问题的认识仍较模糊。笔者以为,学校内涵发展旨在创设适合学生的教育,促进学生个性发展、素质提升,而关键则是育人模式的创新。
In deepening education reform and accelerating the development of education, upholding the connotation development of schools has become the ideological consensus of more and more educators and has carried out many beneficial explorations and practices. However, there are also many confusion, especially the understanding of what is the key to the development of the connotation of the school is still vague. The author believes that the connotation of school development aims to create a suitable education for students, promote the development of individual personality, quality improvement, and the key is the education model innovation.
