68名氟暴露工人分为两组,A组37人.口服“抗氟欣”两个月;B组31人为非服药对照组。另选非氟暴露对照组工人29人为C组。检测服药前后的血清F-、尿F-、尿BF浓度变化。结果表明,氟暴露可使工人血清F-、尿F-浓度升高;A组工人服药后与服药前比较,尿F-、尿BF均明显升高,血清F-浓度降低。提示“抗氟欣”具有一定的促氟排泄功能。
Sixty-eight fluoride exposure workers were divided into two groups, with 37 in group A. Oral “anti-fluoride Yan” two months; B group of 31 non-medication control group. Another 29 non-fluoride exposure control workers were in group C. Serum F-, urinary F- and urinary BF concentrations were measured before and after taking the medicine. The results showed that fluorine exposure could increase the serum F- and urine F-concentration in workers. Compared with those before taking medicine, the urine F- and urine BF were significantly increased and the serum F-concentration was lower in group A workers. Tip “anti-fluoride Hin” has a certain role in promoting fluoride excretion.
