对胶原结构的医学分级,长期以来见解不一。本文采用原子力显微镜(AFM)对由二十余例人体腰椎间盘中取出组织进行观察,侧重对样本组织中的胶原结构进行的分析表明,胶原纤维(束)。原胶原纤维及胶原分子的三级分法适用为人体腰椎间盘中胶原的医学分级。
The medical hierarchy of collagen structures has long been mixed. In this paper, atomic force microscopy (AFM) was used to remove tissue from more than twenty human lumbar intervertebral discs. The analysis focused on the collagen structure in the sample tissues showed that collagen fibers (bundles). The three-part method of procollagen and collagen molecules is suitable for the medical classification of human collagen in the lumbar intervertebral disc.
