滑油中磨粒的数量、成分和形态反映着机器零部件的磨损形式和磨损程度。计算机图象处理技术与铁谱分析技术的结合,为机器磨损状态监测走出了一条新路。本文在发动机滑油磨粒显微形态测量的基础上,研究了特征磨粒的分类方法,讨论了磨粒尺寸的分布模型和参数估计手段,并结合实验提出两种发动机磨损状态监测的方法。实验结果表明,该技术的研究和应用,对于及时发现发动机早期磨损故障、预防严重事故的发生,有着重要意义
The amount, composition and morphology of the abrasive grains in the oil reflect the degree of wear and wear of the machine components. The combination of computer image processing technology and iron spectrum analysis technology has come out a new path for the monitoring of the wear status of the machine. In this paper, based on the measurement of microstructure of lubricating oil particles, the classification method of characteristic abrasive particles is studied. The distribution model of abrasive particle size and the parameter estimation method are discussed. Two kinds of monitoring methods of engine wear state are put forward. The experimental results show that the research and application of the technology is of great significance in discovering the early wear failure of engines and preventing the occurrence of serious accidents
