心率亦称心搏频率,即心搏率。它是指单位时间内(通常为1分钟)心室收缩的次数。电生理研究发现,在心动周期中,肌肉收缩期比舒张期为短,心房收缩期又比心室收缩期为短。据估计,成人心率为每分钟75次,则每一心动周期平均为0.8秒,其中心房收缩期约为0.1秒,舒张期约为0.7秒,心室收缩期约为0.35秒,舒张期约为0.45秒。若心率增快,则心动周期缩短。虽然收缩期和舒张期都缩短,但舒张期的缩短更显著。因此,心率增快时,心肌工作的时间相对延长,休息的时间相对缩短。
Heart rate is also known as heart rate, heart rate. It refers to the number of ventricular contractions per unit of time (usually 1 minute).
