陈独秀对列宁新经济政策作了较全面的阐述,他认为新经济政策是向社会主义过渡的政策,其实质是允许私人自由买卖和利用国家资本主义。受新经济政策的影响,陈独秀认为民主革命胜利后,要让中国民族资本主义得到充分发展,然后再实行社会主义。利用资本主义,建设社会主义,这是陈独秀发展资本主义思想的实质所在。在改革开放不断深入的今天,我们回过头来看陈独秀这一思想,会发现其中有许多合理的因素。
Chen Duxiu made a more comprehensive exposition of the new Lenin economic policy. He believed that the new economic policy is a policy of transition to socialism, and its essence is to allow private individuals to freely trade and use state capitalism. Influenced by the new economic policy, Chen Duxiu believed that after the victory of the democratic revolution, China’s national capitalism should be fully developed and then socialism should be implemented. To use capitalism and build socialism is the essence of Chen Duxiu’s development of capitalism. Today, with the deepening of reform and opening up, we come back to the thought of Chen Duxiu and find many reasonable factors in mind.
